Punishment is of withholding of one increment without cumulative effect. There are materials of wrong doing on the part of the petitioner. Minimum punishment which was required to be given or imposed upon the petitioner for his indiscretion has been imposed.
2. In view of the same, no interference is warranted with the impugned order because it is not a case of 'no evidence' or 'no material'.
3. Writ application is dismissed.
