The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.88 of 2017 registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.

The accusation is that the petitioner had applied for the Block Teacher on submitting his educational certificates and joined on the said post but, later on, on verification, the matriculation mark-sheet submitted by the petitioner was found forged.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43782 of 2018(6) dt.03-02-2020 2/2 of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial court within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered by the trial court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
