ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 12-03-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of cognizance dated 01.11.2012 passed by the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Complaint Case No. 785 of 2012 (Tr. No. 4271 of 2012). In the nature of dispute between the parties, notices had been issued to the Opposite Party No. 2 but none appears on her behalf.

Considering that the Petitioner seeks quashing on disputed questions of fact which can not be gone into at this stage, the application is disposed off with liberty to the Petitioner to raise all these points at the appropriate stage.
