The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Muzaffarpur (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 65 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The petitioner and his wife Anamika Kumari have appeared in Court along with their child. The husband and wife have agreed to live together.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6464 of 2015 (3) dt.02-03-2015 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, East Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 65 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and on the condition that the husband shall come along with his wife after four months and report the court that the husband and wife are leading happy conjugal life.
