JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2016 The petitioner was selected as Aanganbari Sevika at Centre No. 13, Hetampur (North) within Jagdishpur block. Assailing the impugned order, the petitioner submits that the respondents did not consider the explanation offered by her as to why there was shortage of children at the Centre. Even assuming the case of the respondents to be true, all these aspects should have been considered by the authorities. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the matter is remitted to the Appellate Authority, namely, the respondent No.3, for fresh consideration of the matter. It will be open for the petitioner to file any further

It is expected that the respondent No.3 would dispose of the matter within four months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
