JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 420 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 7 of the EC Act.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner was running a Nursing Home without valid papers.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Nursing Home was running in the house of the petitioner owned by the petitioner's wife. Said Nursing Home was run on the guidance of a registered MBBS Doctor who visited the Nursing Home regularly. He is in custody since 11.5.2021. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Fatehpur Police Station Case No. 143 of 2021.
