No. 48263 of 2012 for extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Kaler P.S. Case No. 08 of 2007 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad. The order dated 23.01.2013 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
