The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 86 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections-341, 323, 324, 326,504, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that the petitioner is said to have given Farsa blow on the head of the injured, Fulaina Yadav who sustained grievous injury on his head, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 86 of 2014 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari stands rejected.
