Writ petition has been filed for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction to appoint the petitioner on the post of Sweeper Cum Sepoy in the Bank of India according to the merit list of candidates who were declared successful in the interview taken from 26-08-2019 to 30-08-2019 for the selection of Sweeper Cum Sepoy in Bank of India, Muzaffarpur Zone, Muzaffarpur and for grant of all consequential benefits. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the order passed in CWJC No. 20504 of 2019, now there is no impediment, apparent as of date, coming in the way of the relief claimed by the petitioner in the instant writ petition.
