Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 3932/2012 in which cognizance has been taken under section 409 of the IPC.

The accusation against the petitioner is that he did not hand over charge of Headmaster after his transfer and also withdrew Rs 61,000/- after manipulating cheque.

The complainant admitted in his complaint petition that the cheque in question was not only signed by the petitioner but said cheque was also signed by the complainant.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5754 of 2015 (2) dt.12-02-2015 the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Complaint Case No. 3932/2012 (T.R. no. 4207/2014) subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
