The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant, father of the deceased, made allegation that the petitioner, being the mother-in-law, and other family members, poisoned her daughter to death and disappeared her dead body. It is submitted that the informant himself filed a petition that due to communication gap, he filed the case, and on such the husband of the deceased has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55702 of 2015. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased and no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15193 of 2016 (2) dt.25-04-2016 2/2 court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara in Udwant Nagar P.S.
