The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pirpahore P.S. Case No. 337 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner happens to be Director of Rigglo Solution Pvt. Ltd and no specific allegation of cheating is levelled against the petitioner. Moreover, not a single chit of paper has been filed by the informant in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30688 of 2020(2) dt.18-12-2020 2/2 support of the allegation against the petitioner. Therefore, no case under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code is made out against the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 05.09.2020.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent other than this case.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Patna in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 337 of 2020.
