This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 72 of 2023 registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and two others are said to have looted the informant. Co-accused Kundan Kumar and Rohit Kumar have been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 36728 of 2023 and Cr. Misc. No. 40107 of 2023. Petitioner is in custody since 10.02.2023 Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37778 of 2023(2) dt.19-07-2023 2/2 Considering clean antecedent of the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge is not framed yet and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate - 1st class, Gaya in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 72 of 2023.

The petitioner will visit Mofassil police station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
