2. The petitioner claims that he has donated more than Rs.25,000/- to Sri Tridandi Swami Manas College, Panwari, Bhojpur (hereinafter referred to as the College). It is also his claim that he is the only donor member of the College. It is his case that the College is affiliated with Vir Kuwar Singh University, Ara. It is his further case that the Principal of the College has written to the Inspector of the Colleges of the University for declaring the petitioner as a donor member of the College through letter dated 10.07.2014.

3. No decision has, however, been taken, the petitioner complains.

In view of the nature of relief sought in the present writ application, it is disposed of with a direction to the ViceChancellor of the Vir Kuwar Singh University, Ara to ensure that decision is taken on the question of status of the petitioner as donor member of the College, in accordance with law.
