The Bihar School Examination Board will simultaneously decide the issue for grant of affiliation of the institution, in question, after seeing the genuineness of the claim of the petitioner and Sheo Kumar Sharma, son of Mahendra Prasad Sharma.
With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
