The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhairab Asthan P.S. Case No. 110 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341,323, 324, 307, 325, 332, 333,188, 283, 353, 379, 427, 120(B), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act as well as Section 3 of Epidemic Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner alleged to have been a member of mob only and no specific allegation is attributed to him. The petitioner is
