Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case no. 87/2014 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the IPC.

There is specific allegation against this petitioner of giving farsa blow on the head of the informant but annexure 2, photo copy of the injury report of the informant, reveals that informant sustained simple injury on his head though said to be caused by sharp cutting weapon.

Admittedly, petitioner and informant are full brothers and there was family feud between them.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four

No.5427 of 2015 (2) dt.10-02-2015 weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Jamo Bazar P.S. Case no. 87/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
