ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Opposite Party No.2 as well as learned counsel for the State.

The present application for anticipatory bail was heard earlier and the matter was referred to the mediation centre vide order dated 20.04.2016. After mediation, a report has been submitted by the mediator that after mediation between the parties, the dispute has been resolved as per the terms and conditions appended to the mediation report.

In view of such facts and circumstances and the matter having been settled, let the petitioner above named, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11956 of 2016 (6) dt.06-10-2016 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ms. Kiran Chaturvedi, learned Judicial Magistrate,1st Class, Patna in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 76 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
