The matter has been taken up through video conferencing.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Govindganj PS case No. 178/2019 registered under Section 364, 366A, 370, 120(B) of the IPC.

The informant alleged that about one month ago Mundrika Sah, his family members and the petitioners kidnapped his daughter and took her to Mumbai. The petitioners and others sold his daughter, who is still traceless. His daughter called him from mobile No. 9657215135 and started weeping thereafter the mobile was switched off.

The daughter of informant was having love affairs and she fled away with her lover. The petitioners are co-villager of the informant and they have falsely been implicated in the case but it appears that witnesses have stated that victim was going to school along with Mundrika Sah. Mundrika Sah along with petitioners and others kidnapped the victim, who is still traceless. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
