For the Respondent/s : Mr. Anil Kumar Sinha Mr. Abhimanyu Deo ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 21-09-2015 Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner in support of the present writ petition. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, while referring to the averments made in the counter-affidavit filed on their behalf, submits that the claims raised on behalf of the petitioner for his appointment on a class-IV post are completely misconceived and untenable.

Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
