1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders or direction/directions to the respondent-authorities and also for quashing letter no.828, dated 9.6.2018, issued by the Senior Deputy Collector, District Legal Cell, Kishanganj to the Circle Officer, Kishanganj, by which the Circle Officer, Kishanganj has been directed to take appropriate action for removal of the encroachment of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15600 of 2018(3) dt.11-09-2024 2/2 office/room of the Deed Writers Association, Kishanganj and shift the offfice to another place and also for quashing the notice dated 04.07.2018, which has been issued by the Circle Officer, Kishanganj to the Secretary, Deed Writers Association, Kishanganj in the light of letter no.828, dated 9.6.2018"

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that the District Magistrate, Kishanganj is in the process of making alternative arrangement for the purposes of shifting the office of the Deed Writers Association, Kishanganj to a suitable place, preferably nearby and the needful shall be done within a period of four months from today and till then, the office of the Deed Writers Association, Kishanganj, shall not be disturbed. It is directed accordingly.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
