Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Khajekalan P.S. Case No. 539 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 23.06.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1387 of 2021. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35192 of 2020(12) dt.03-01-2022 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in connection with Khajekalan P.S. Case No. 539 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
