Patna High Court CWJC No.14214 of 2006 (8) dt.29-08-2018 2/2 29-08-2018 On earlier occasion, nobody had appeared for the petitioners. Today also nobody appears for the petitioners. However, the learned counsels for the State are present. The grievance of the petitioners in the present case is to give promotion to the petitioners on the post of Assistant Engineer and not disturb them from the post which they are holding. In view of the nature of the prayer made by the petitioners, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present case with a liberty to the petitioners to approach the concerned authorities for appropriate relief in case they are interested. The writ petitions are disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
