2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with NDPS G.R. Case No. 10/2024 arising out of Ramgarwa P.S. Case No. 30/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8/8(c)/17/18/21 and 21(C) of the NDPS Act.

3. Six hundred grams of brown sugar was recovered from four persons including the possession of the petitioner. The recovery was of 100 grams from the petitioner.

4. From the FSL report, it appears that the sample of the contraband was examined and the F.S.L. has reported that "No Narcotics substance and / or psychotropic substance were detected in the contents of polythene packet as described above." The petitioner is in jail since 10.02.2024 and he claims to have clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
