The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Amba P.S. Case No. 61 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation that his daughter was married to Birja Paswan on 09.06.2014, but his daughter was burnt to death on 15.08.2014. Half burnt body of the daughter of the informant was found.
It is submitted that the case is compromised and the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. There appears that the daughter of the informant was killed within two months of her marriage with Birja Paswan, son of the petitioners and her half burnt dead body was recovered.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5889 of 2015 (4) dt.24-06-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
