This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail in a case under Sections 420, 406, 409 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 3(i)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The whole thrust of allegation is against Bablu Yadav, the father of this petitioner.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31422 of 2014 (2) dt.21-01-2015 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with SC/ST P.S. Case No. 63 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P. C. as well as subject to the condition that the petitioner will not involve in such type of the activity in future and will co-operate with the police during investigation and produce himself as and when required by the police.
