The petitioners, two in number, apprehend their arrest in a case registered under Sections 420/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

In sum and substance, the allegation is that the petitioners took money from the complainant for installing a mobile tower but the mobile tower was not installed nor the money was returned Submission is that the case is compromised.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of
