JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 09-09-2016 Heard.
Admittedly, the petitioner had earlier approached this Court in CWJC No.20174 of 2013 for grant of family pension. The aforesaid writ petition was disposed of by an order dated 11.04.2014 (Annexure-1) with direction to the Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad to consider the case of the petitioner and pass an appropriate final order.
The petitioner has not brought on the record the order passed by the Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad in the light of the aforesaid order dated 11.04.2014 passed in CWJC No.20174 of 2013, as contained in Annexure-1 to the writ petition, and for the same set of reliefs she has filed the fresh writ petition. The present writ petition is very sketchy and without any relevant materials/documents, therefore, the claims raised on behalf of the petitioner cannot be adjudicated upon in the present proceeding. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. Arvind/- (Birendra Prasad Verma, J) U
