Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1841C/2012 in which cognizance has been taken under section 498A of the IPC.

Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the complainant and it appears from perusal of annexure 2 to this petition that prior to filing of the present complaint case, complainant filed Complaint Case no. 2900/2007 in which petitioner as well as other family members were acquitted vide judgment dated 6.6.2013.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5915 of 2015 (2) dt.13-02-2015 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Complaint Case No. 1841C/2012 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
