In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 602 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, Rs. 50,000/- was taken by the Informant for the purpose of sending him to the foreign country but, neither the Informant was sent abroad nor the money was returned to him. When the Informant requested for return of the money, the accused persons started to abusing him and also assaulted him causing serious injury. Different persons have assaulted by different weapons and, against the petitioner, an

Looking to the nature of allegation as also the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.

If the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of three weeks from today and makes a prayer for bail, the court below, without being prejudiced by this order, will pass orders in accordance with law.
