JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-11-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner assaulted the informant with Hockey stick causing fracture injuries in the hand and leg of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He submits that due to dispute between the parties, simple marpit took place between the parties in which both sides sustained injuries. There is a case and counter case.

Learned counsel for the State and informant oppose

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37750 of 2022(2) dt.17-11-2022 2/2 the prayer for bail submitting that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he caused grievous injuries to the informant.

Considering the specific allegation against the petitioner, his prayer for bail is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be considered and disposed of on its own merit without prejudice. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashi/- U T
