The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in case instituted for the offence under Section(s) 406,420,467,120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence the prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Laheria Sarai P.S. Case No. 21 of 2013 pending in Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhnaga is rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks, failing which stringent action shall be taken against him by the court below.
