Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects within four weeks.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No.85/2022, registered for the offence punishable u/s 341, 323, 354, 354(B), 504, 506 and 34 IPC. Allegedly, the petitioner is said to have established illicit physical relationship with the informant on the pretext of marriage for four years and later on he denied to marry her. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous grudge. No such occurrence, in the manner as alleged, has ever taken

It is submitted that informant in in habit of instituting false case to extort money, because earlier she had instituted Nanpur P.S. Case No.254 of 2021 against other persons. It is further submitted that petitioner is a student. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submits that on the pretext of marriage petitioner has physically exploited the victim.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on his behalf is hereby rejected. This application is accordingly dismissed.
