The only grievance of the petitioner is that payment has not been made to him for the work executed by him for respondent no. 4. He has already filed a representation. However, no decision has been taken thereon.

We dispose off the writ petition with a direction that the respondent no. 4 shall take a decision on the representation at the earliest, in any case, not later than three weeks from today. If any
