JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 10-05-2017 Now only Rs.38,419/- against salary due is payable to the widow. The husband died in the year 2003. 14 years had now gone past. It is high time that the chapter should be closed and even this payment should be made to the petitioner forthwith. If any legitimate due or discrepancy in the accounting emerges, the same can surely be settled by the opposite parties, if approached.

The contempt application is disposed of with the above observation.
