Petitioner is accused in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 01 of 2019 registered under Sections 304-B/34 of I.P.C. and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for grant of regular bail was rejected thrice by this Court vide orders dated 24.09.2019, 09.12.2020 and 01.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 42902 of 2019, 24405 of 2020 and 45800 of 2021 respectively. Further he submits that the fresh ground for grant of bail of the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody since 02.01.2019.

Case No. 01 of 2019.
