1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No. 514/2023 registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits unknown criminals have looted the Hyva and the same is recovered from Nasiruddin. The petitioner along with Rajesh Kumar, Ravi Ranjan Kumar and Sisupal Kumar etc and others have been found to be involved in snatching the Hyva and thereafter shifting it to Nasiruddin. The petitioner is in custody since 31.01.2023. Similarly situated accused Rajesh Kumar and Ravi

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is having one more criminal antecedent under Section 379 and 411 of the I.P.C., it is directed that petitioner shall be released after completing nine months in custody. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-1, Barh, Patna in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No. 514/2023.

8. The petitioner will visit Pandarak police station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
