2. The present application has been preferred for restoration of C. Rev 100 of 2022 which was dismissed by this Court due to non-compliance vide an order dated 10.04.2025.

3. For the reasons assigned in Paragraph nos. 4 to 7 of the petition, the MJC No.1916 of 2025 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 500 to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
