West Champaran, on the ground that after attaching the lands, the Parties have entered into compromise and filed a compromise petition but the Magistrate has not passed any

Considering the aforesaid, the Court below is directed to pass appropriate order within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order upon hearing the Parties. With aforesaid observation, the application stands disposed off.
