2. The petitioner, in the present writ application, is aggrieved by the decision of the Bihar School Examination Board (in short 'the BSEB'), as communicated to her through letter, dated 05.05.2016, whereby, the request of the petitioner to correct her date of birth entered in her marks
Patna High Court CWJC No.5047 of 2017 dt.05-01-2018 2/2 sheet and matriculation certificate, issued by the BSEB, has been rejected.
3. The petitioner had passed the said examination in the year 1986. The application for correction in the date of birth, filed 30 years after passing of the examination, has been rejected by the BSEB, on the ground of same being time barred.
4. I do not find any illegality in the order impugned. Further, I do not find any justification to entertain this application in respect of correction of date of birth of the petitioner more than 31 years after he passed the said matriculation examination.
5. This application has no merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
