2. The present application has been preferred: for restoration of Civil Review No. 97 of 2022 to its original file which has been dismissed for default on 24.04.2025 for noncompliance of the peremptory order dated 10.04.2025 passed by this Court.

3. For the reasons assigned in Paragraph nos. 4 to 7 of the petition, the MJC No. 1917 of 2025 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 500 to Bihar State Legal Services Authority.
