JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 08-11-2017 From the counter affidavit filed by the respondents, we find that name of the institute has been notified as "Ashok Mishra Navsrijit Prathmik Vidyalaya". Now, the appellant wants that the name should be classified as "Ashok Kumar Mishra" and not only Ashok Mishra.

The appellant may take up the issue with the competent authority of the State Government and it would be

Patna High Court LPA No.906 of 2015 dt.08-11-2017 2/2 for the competent authority to consider this aspect of the matter and make amendment to the name of the school, if permissible under law. Now, as the school is named after the appellant as Ashok Mishra, we see no reason to make any indulgence into the matter.

Granting liberty to the appellant to take up the issue again with the State Government in case he has any grievance, we dispose of the Letters Patent Appeal.
