The petitioners have filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 16.06.2022, whereby in the cause title address of petitioner nos. 2 and 3 is wrongly typed as "Village-Sakri, Police Station Sakri, District Madhubani" instead of " Village- Belouja, P.S. Bisfi (Patauna), DistrictMadhubani". Accordingly, the order dated 16.06.2022 is modified to the extent that address of petitioner nos. 2 and 3 shall be read

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42241 of 2022(2) dt.24-08-2022 2/2 as "Village- Belouja, P.S. Bisfi (Patauna), DistrictMadhubani" in place of "Village-Sakri, Police Station Sakri, District Madhubani" in cause title of the order. In view of the submission above, this application is allowed. The order dated 16.06.2022 is modified to the above extent and the petitioner shall surrender before learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Benipatti in connection with Bisfi (Patauna) P.S. Case No. 72 of 2016, within a period of further four weeks from today.

The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
