JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-07-2015 After having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, University and the State, keeping in mind the dispute which has emerged due to stoppage of payment of salary to the petitioner, the best course open to the petitioner would be to appear before the Principal Secretary, Education, Government of Bihar, with all the evidences, material and orders taken in his favour from time to time, which certifies and justifies his appointment or regularization under the respondent University. Whether such decisions of the University are in consonance with the status and after due approval of the

No sooner the exercise is completed, final decision will be taken and appropriate direction will be issued with regard to the petitioner.
Once the petitioner approaches the Principal Secretary, the exercise will be done within a period of three months. Writ application is disposed of with above observation/direction.
