The husband and wife are present along with father of the wife as well as the father, mother and brother of the husband. Pursuant to the earlier direction contained in the order dated 19.05.2017, it is informed that the husband and wife have stayed together at Muzaffarpur. The husband has categorically stated before this Court that they have lived peacefully and no problem was created by his wife. Wife has also stated that she does not have anything to say save and except that she was kept under surveillance of CCTV Camera installed at various points inside the house including the kitchen etc. for recording her activities of every minute. However, it is admitted position that no camera has been fixed in the bedroom or bathroom. Be that as it may, the husband has stated that he will remove all the cameras except fixed on the main door which is fixed for their security reason and he will also delete the entire records from the hard disk in presence of the wife without retaining any copies thereof. The father, mother and the brother of the husband have also nothing to say.
In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of this case, this Court would be inclined to dispose of this matter. The husband and wife may continue to live together as per their will
