It is submitted that on work order having been issued, petitioner completed the same by raising/constructing an Exhibition Stall of Water Resources Department in Sonepur Fair in the year 2012 and, thereafter, had submitted his bill for a sum of Rs.4,00,100/- out of which some amount have been paid but Rs.2,66,733/-, according to the petitioner, is still payable but has not been paid as yet.

In above view of the matter, this writ application is being disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no.2, the Principal Secretary, Minor Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar, Patna by filing a representation along with all the documents including copies of the works order and bills etc. In case, such representation is filed, let the Principal Secretary take necessary steps for payment of admitted dues to the petitioner, if any, within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order through the appropriate authority.
