JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the District Magistrate-cum-Arms Magistrate, Patna to dispose off the pending case of the petitioner for grant of arms license but the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would be filing a fresh application, as per the provisions contained in the Arms Rule, 2016, however, direction be issued to the District Magistrate-cum-Arms Magistrate, Patna to dispose off the same within a stipulated time frame. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application for grant of arms license and in case such an
