2 The petitioner apprehends arrest in Hathauri PS Case No 52 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504/34 of Indian Penal Code. 3 As per the prosecution case, the petitioner assaulted the informant with Paghariya on her neck.

4 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the allegation of assault is there on the neck but there is no injury report in support thereof. It is further submitted that the petitioner bears clean antecedent.

5 Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

No.37784 of 2023(3) dt.05-09-2023 2/2 6 Considering the rival submissions, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, the petitioner above named be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 01st Class, Muzaffarpur (East) in Hathauri PS Case No 52 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
