This application has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order dated 11.02.2013 passed in T.S. No. 120 of 2012, whereunder the Sub-Judge-I, Jamui rejected the plaint of the plaintiff/petitioner under Order VII, Rule 11(c) of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12159 of 2013 (2) dt.28-09-2016 2/2 C.P.C. arriving at a conclusion in the grave of the declaring the title plaintiff wants to cancel the sale deed executed on 16.11.1968. On perusal of the impugned order, I find no illegality to interfere with the same in extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India and, accordingly, the present application is dismissed.
