2. The present application is filed by the petitioner for the following reliefs:- (i) For issuing a direction upon the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner as respondent no.8 to 10 of the area want to create trouble in the peaceful possession over the lands

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1208 of 2023(2) dt.08-05-2025 2/2 mentioned in para no.9 of the writ application situated in Village- Umapat Basant Police Station and Anchal Aurai in the district of Muzaffarpur. (ii) Any other relief to which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts of the case.

3. In view of the relief sought by the petitioner, petitioner is directed to approach the Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur for redressal of his grievance. If the Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur finds substance in the representation of the petitioner he shall be obliged to give protection to the petitioner.

4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application stands disposed of.

5. Let a copy of the order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur forthwith through FAX or e-mail for its compliance.

6. It is made clear that the Court has not applied its mind to the facts of the case.
